I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order, and as soon as I figured it out, this company was super quick to respond to all my emails. It's awesome to work with a business that really cares about customer service!!

This ornament is just gorgeous! One of the names had a slight smudge, but other than that, it was a fantastic experience!

The women at the Huntsville location are super helpful. However, the way the manager and the company's rules handle their coupons and flyers is just absurd. They promote a 20% discount for checking out their website, but not all items are available online, and they refuse to apply any discounts in-store. Plus, there's no discount for military veterans. The store manager didn’t even think it was important to chat with a customer to clarify things. I made a purchase and tipped the helpful ladies, but I doubt I’ll be back! When you put out a coupon, you ought to honor it and assist your potential customers—that’s what good customer service is all about.

This ornament is quite lovely and nicely crafted. But, the personalization seems like it was done with a Sharpie, which is something I could've easily done on a cheaper ornament. Honestly, I'm a tad disappointed considering the cost.
